Where the packs and the prices come from

Real GameStop prices — our Sensei is their Sapphire. “Up to” is the top of that tier's band, not a record; each tier draws from its own band, so a Neutronium pack shares no cards with a Starter. Every card above is that tier's biggest real pull. Each card carries its own PSA grade and that grade's own PriceCharting value, so a PSA 9 is a different card at a different price in a different tier. PSA 10 down to 7, mostly 10s. Values re-sync nightly, so your collection moves with the market.

How the binder, the numbers and the badges work

Same card, different grade — its own slot, as in real life. A card whose price moves follows it into its new tier and still counts. Nine pockets to a sheet, and your binder gets its own page at packdojo.com/u/yourname, switchable off. The numbers track packs opened, what you spent against what your pulls are worth, whether you're up or down, ROI, best-ever pull and where it ranks, current streak and how it compares — nothing is rounded in your favour. Most badges show the share of collectors who really hold one, and the bands are re-checked against live player numbers as the catalogue and market move: a badge that drifts easy is retired, not quietly devalued. Calendar badges come back round.

Pack Dojo: the facts

Universes
11 universes and more than 336,000 real cards: Pokémon (64,000+), Marvel Champions (1,779), Power Rangers (2,788), Disney Lorcana (2,910), Sonic the Hedgehog (706), Magic: The Gathering (105,746), One Piece (8,036), Yu-Gi-Oh! (5,891), Star Wars: Unlimited (5,373), WWE (123,534) and Dragon Ball (15,683).
Pokémon sets
747 Pokémon sets, dated 1998 to 2026, including 378 Japanese sets (21,170 cards), 80 Chinese sets and 26 vintage sets from 1998–2003 (4,014 cards, among them Base Set, Fossil, Jungle and Gym Heroes).
Odds
Pokémon, One Piece and Yu-Gi-Oh! deal one PSA-graded card by value: 8 packs from $25 to $5,000, each with six value windows paying 45% / 30% / 23% / 1.5% / 0.3% / 0.2% (the top window, 8 to 16 times the pack price, is 1 in 500) — one fixed table on every pack. The other 8 universes deal one card a pull, weighted by printed rarity under Pack Dojo's fair-odds rule: the rarest card is about 1 in (cards × 1.75), from 1 in 1,250 (Sonic the Hedgehog) to 1 in 216,210 (WWE). Marvel Champions prints no rarity, so every card there is equally likely. Every pack page publishes its full odds table.
Card values
Pokémon, One Piece and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards carry real PSA grades (PSA 7 to 10) and PriceCharting market values, each grade priced separately. Pokémon prices are refreshed nightly; the last refresh was 2 Nov 2026. The other universes are for collecting, with no values.
Price
Free. 50 packs a day, shared across every universe, and up to 250 a day on a year-long daily streak. No ads, nothing to buy and no real money: every pack and every card is virtual, and Pack Dojo is never monetised.
Binder and trading
Every pull goes in your binder, which has its own public page. Members can trade and gift cards with each other in all 11 universes.

Every figure here is counted from the live catalogue and the simulator's own code when the page is served.

Questions

The short answers.

What is Pack Dojo?

Pack Dojo is a free card pack simulator for Pokémon, Marvel Champions, Power Rangers, Disney Lorcana, Sonic the Hedgehog, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Star Wars: Unlimited, WWE and Dragon Ball. You open a virtual pack, pull a real card, and it stays in your binder. Pokémon, One Piece and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards come PSA-graded at their actual market value; the other universes are pure collecting, with no grades and no prices. The pack and the pull are simulated — nothing is bought, sold or shipped, and no card is physical.

Is Pack Dojo free?

Yes. It costs $0. An email address and a username are all it takes to keep a binder, no payment card is ever asked for, and there is nothing on the site to buy.

Is Pack Dojo gambling?

No. Nothing is staked and nothing is bought, so there is nothing to lose. The values shown are hypothetical figures for interest only. The one real prize — a genuine GameStop Power Pack given away monthly — is free to enter, with no purchase of any kind.

Where do the card prices come from?

Only Pokémon, One Piece and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards carry prices. PriceCharting, re-synced nightly. Every PSA grade is priced separately, so a PSA 9 and a PSA 10 of the same card are different entries at different values in different packs. The figures are estimates, not an offer to buy or sell.

How many cards are in Pack Dojo?

More than 336,000 real cards across 11 universes. Pokémon alone is more than 64,000 real Pokémon cards across 747 sets, from Base Set through to current sets, including Japanese and Chinese promos. Grades run PSA 10 down to PSA 7, mostly 10s. The catalogue grows on its own as new cards appear in the price data.

What are the eight Pokémon packs?

Starter $25, Silver $50, Gold $100, Sensei $250, Platinum $500, Diamond $1,000, Lunar $2,500 and Neutronium $5,000 — every one of them free to open. The prices mirror the real GameStop ladder; our Sensei is their Sapphire. Each pack draws from its own value band, topping out at $400, $800, $1,600, $4,000, $8,000, $16,000, $40,000 and $80,000, so a Neutronium pack shares no cards with a Starter.

How many packs can I open a day?

50 a day on a free account, and a daily streak raises it to 250 at a year. Watching a short and bringing a friend each add more, up to 290 a day at the very top. That allowance is shared across every universe — a Marvel or Power Rangers pull spends from the same pot and builds the same streak. Every 30 days of streak earns a shield that covers a missed day; miss a day without one and it goes back to 50.

Can I get a reminder before I lose my streak?

Yes, if you want one. Turn on notifications in your account settings and Pack Dojo will send one reminder at a time you choose, and only on a day you have a streak going and have not opened a pack yet. You can snooze it for an hour, switch it off, or pick exactly which notifications you want. It is per device, and there is nothing to install.

What are the titles next to people's names?

Titles, each held by exactly one collector at a time, and they move the moment someone overtakes. Pack Lord has the most cards on Pack Dojo; each game has its own Lord for the most cards in that game; High Roller has the single most valuable pull; Streak King has the longest current daily streak; Top Recruiter has brought the most friends; Most Generous has given the most gifts; Master Trader has completed the most trades. The Creator is the person who built Pack Dojo. Tap any badge to see what it is.

What happens when I complete a set?

Pull every card in a set — any set, however small — and a full-screen celebration plays the moment the last card lands. Your name then carries a Set Master title with the number of sets you have completed; tap it to see which. The first collector to finish each set earns First Ever on it, permanently. Own every single card a game deals and you complete its universe, the rarest title on Pack Dojo. A completion is kept for good, even if you later trade or gift a card away.

Is Pack Dojo affiliated with GameStop, Nintendo, PSA or PriceCharting?

No. Pack Dojo is a personal project by Roaring Sensei, a GameStop Power Packs Ambassador, built and run on his own time. It is not made, sold or endorsed by GameStop, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, The Pokémon Company, PSA or PriceCharting. Pokémon, and every other game simulated here, and all related names are trade marks of their respective owners, used here only to identify the cards being simulated — Pack Dojo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of their publishers.
