Sonic the Hedgehog on Pack Dojo: the facts
- Cards
- 706 Sonic the Hedgehog cards across 7 sets, every one dealt with its own card art.
- Rarities
- 5 printed rarities, from Common up to Ultra Rare; 652 cards print no rarity at all, and none is invented for them.
- Odds
- One card a pull, weighted by rarity: Ultra Rare is 0.16% of pulls, and the rarest single card is 1 in 1,250. That is Pack Dojo's fair-odds rule, the same in every rarity-weighted universe: the rarest card is about 1 in (cards × 1.75), so a bigger universe has a rarer top card. The full table is under Pull odds on this page.
- Price
- Free. 50 packs a day, shared with every other universe, and up to 250 a day on a year-long daily streak. No ads, nothing to buy and no real money: every pack and every card is virtual, and Pack Dojo is never monetised.
- Binder and trading
- Every pull goes in your binder, which has its own public page. Sonic the Hedgehog cards can be traded and gifted with other members.
Every figure here is counted from the live catalogue and the simulator's own code when the page is served.
How this works
- One card a pull, from 706 cards. Rarer cards come up less often — the table above has the numbers.
- Only the CYBERCEL cards print a grade.
- Six products, one collection. CYBERCEL cel art, the Sonic X trading card game, Stampii's online cards, Magic: The Gathering's Secret Lair × Sonic, and Panini's 1994 and Sonic Prime sticker albums, catalogued together as 7 sets. Many cards — the CYBERCEL cels and most of the Panini stickers — are printed landscape, so they read wide in a pocket.
- Characters groups the cards by the character on them — 47 of them, and your binder counts how many of each you have caught. Places, items, spells and game box art belong to no character, so they count toward their set but not here.
- All 706 catalogued cards carry art, so all 706 are dealt.
- Cards, numbers, sets and art come from each product's own public catalogue — every image is published per card, never guessed.
- Pulls come out of the same daily allowance as your Pokémon packs. Nothing here touches your Pokémon collection, badges or the Power Pack draw — that separation is enforced in the database query, not by a filter on a page.
Pack Dojo is a free simulator. Nothing on this site is for sale, nothing is bought, staked or won by chance with money, and no card is physical — every pack and every pull is virtual, and card values are hypothetical figures sourced from PriceCharting. Pack Dojo is a personal project by Roaring Sensei, a GameStop Power Packs Ambassador. It is not made, sold or endorsed by GameStop, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, The Pokémon Company, PSA or PriceCharting. Pokémon, and every other game simulated here, and all related names are trade marks of their respective owners, used here only to identify the cards being simulated — Pack Dojo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of their publishers.
